Furniture maker Ikea is recalling 29 million chests and dressers, following six toppling deaths over the years. According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission , the dressers are unstable and must be secured to a wall for safety.

The dressers were sold in the U.S. and Canada for years.  Accourding to the CPSC, children’s chests taller than 23 1/2 inches, and adult chests taller than 29 1/2 inches, should not be used unless they are securely anchored to the wall.

Ikea is offering free wall-attaching kits, or refunds to consumers.
