Sensa Consumers to Receive $26M in Refunds from FTC

By on December 11, 2014

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) announced a settlement with the marketers of Sensa, who allegedly claimed that their weight loss powder product would help consumers lose weight without supporting scientific evidence.

The settlement terms require that $26 million in refunds be issued to almost half a million Sensa customers.  The refunds checks will be mailed to eligible consumers by the FTC this week, and checks must be cashed within 60 days. The FTC can be contacted at 1-800-420-2914 if you have questions about the refunds, or you can visit the FTC’s Sensa refunds page.
